GENERAL FUNCTION:

Performs a variety of data entry duties in a production environment following well-defined and established client level procedures.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Banks risk appetite, achieves results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Performs the data entry of check and payment information associated with lockbox transaction
* The data entry activities includes, but is not limited to, the following:
* Check Amount entry Legal amount and Courtesy Amount
* Check MICR Line entry
* Scanline (OCR) entry
* Account and Invoice data entry (Alpha and numeric)
* Check Payee Review and entry
* Document Review based on specific client instructions
* Balancing of paid amount and coupon amount
* Account number lookup
* Performs other Lockbox related functions as necessary
* Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* One (1) year experience in a production or Lockbox environment preferred.
* Attention to detail.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Work is often physically strenuous.
* May be exposed to moving/vibrating objects, parts, and tools.
* May be exposed to dusty conditions, chemicals, and loud noises.
* Frequently kneels, squats, bends, and stands.
* Occasionally lifts and moves objects up to 25 lbs.
* Work frequently consists of repetitive motions.
