Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Fulfillment Engineering team. You will be responsible for improving the productivity, quality, performance, and profitability of the companys fulfillment & logistics operations and service offerings by applying engineering methods, data analysis & automation solutions to a variety of business problems. You will be program managing global initiatives to create value for the company. Role Responsibilities

Analyzes business problems, develops industrial engineering and technology solutions to those problems and manages the project through its lifecycle

Promote automation, innovation and productivity improvement in the organization. Ensure annual goals are met through various programs and initiatives

Design, develop and deploy Robotics Process Automation / Python projects as applicable

Leverage IE skills to promote process optimization, consumption reduction and Robotics / FC Automation in order to drive improvements in cost and service level within Global Fulfillment and Logistics Operations

Minimum Requirements

BS Industrial Engineering or relevant experience

2+ years experience with at least one automation technology

1+ years of modeling experience (Visio, UML or other)

Preferences

Scripting languages (e.g., python, Perl, PowerShell, bash, vbs, etc.)

Ability to analyze, understand business problems and influence stakeholders through storyboarding and data analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) including macros creation
