Under the supervision of licensed staff, is responsible for providing resident/patient related (non-hands on) care and ancillary services in accordance with quality standards. Performs host/hostess duties in accordance with accepted standards of non-hands on resident/patient care. Provides professional, courteous customer service by screening all individuals entering the facility at the designated entrance. Ability to respond to situations and reactions associated with a public facing position. High School Diploma or GED required. Current BLS Certification of obtain upon hire. No experience required.

Provides professional, courteous customer service by screening all individuals entering the facility at the designated entrance. Ability to respond to situations and reactions associated with a public facing position. High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in a professional customer service oriented environment required. Requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills to determine appropriate course of action in situations, ability to handle difficult situations/interactions in a professional manner, with strong communication skills. Preferred experience in a hospital or other healthcare environment with knowledge of clinical protocols.
