Manager, Project Management

This role will lead all aspects of project management; developing and implementing strategic, large multi-phased programs from original concept through final implementation, creating detailed work plans, schedules, communication letters, memos, project estimates and executive status reports. Apply Agile Framework and transformation to the programs. It requires highly disciplined execution and coordination between cross functional departments and teams. The Project Manager will be accountable for on-time and quality delivery of all program elements.

The Project Manager will play a key role in establishing and creating agile best practices, standards, procedures and quality metrics for assessing progress of strategic programs. The candidate will also play a role in promoting the Command Center and PMO vision throughout the organization and

serve as a source for project management leadership and expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Own the development and implementation of strategic, large and or multi-phased programs from original concept through final implementation.

* Create detailed work plans, schedules, communication to leadership and executive reports.

* Lead cross functional task forces, hold regular daily huddles and agile ceremonies, product reviews and drive progress towards milestones and deliverables.

* Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various areas of the organization.

* Work with key stakeholders across the organization to define strategy and requirements.

* Lead cross functional development on new technology from design through delivery.

* Coordinate with development teams using the Agile Scrum framework to resolve impediments to achieving goals.

* Produce clear and concise executive reports and have confidence to present to an executive level audience on program status and progress.

* Manage dependencies between multiple projects.

* Manage project/program risks and mitigation.

* Successfully lead the delivery of projects utilizing direct and non-direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree

* At least 5 years of experience in technical project management

Preferred Qualifications

* Masters degree

* 7+ years of Project Management experience

* 1+ year of working with AWS

* PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
