Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a data driven Product Manager within the talech team to own the vision and roadmap for how our teams access data and make better decisions. talech was acquired by U.S. Bank and is a point of sale software focused on building next generation software for businesses through simple, intuitive interfaces, and powerful analytics. Talech is part of our business banking LOB.

You'll be a member of a close-knit team with a startup mentality, that is leading the mission to give our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams a 360 view of our customers to drive revenue growth and personalized customer experiences inside and outside of the product. In this role, you will focus on building data capabilities to meet the business needs of internal customers that will include analytics, customer data platform (CDP), data dictionary, and real-time automations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills, experience building data capabilities, and driving a roadmap across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Articulate and own a product vision for data capabilities required to meet the needs of the organization and to give stakeholders a better understanding of our customers

* Define how talech consolidates and leverages data from multiple sources including product databases, U.S. Bank, and cloud tools such as Salesforce, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics

* Facilitate & drive customer focused solutions across the organization; working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Development teams to define, prioritize, deliver, and align solutions to product vision and roadmap

* Carefully manage the teams roadmap and active workstreams, ensuring timely progress and that the latest stakeholder needs are reflected. This includes negotiating, scoping, creating, scheduling, prioritizing, updating and actively following up on tasks

* Act as the Scrum Product Owner for the data Scrum team

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

* Product Management experience within technology driven organizations

* Experience executing a roadmap from start to finish

* Familiarity with Product Management frameworks and methodologies

* Experience working on data visualization or analytics platforms

* Working knowledge of data platform components and ETL processes

* Read API documentation and write requirements (not code) to extract the appropriate data

* Understand the use of automation testing as it relates to data quality

* Proven project and relationship management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization

* Ability to analyze and communicate the value and impact of competing solutions to business problems

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders

* Experience working in agile/scrum teams

* Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) a plus

* Proficient and knowledgeable in JIRA or similar agile tools, MS Office applications, Tableau or similar business intelligence (BI) tools
