JOB SUMMARY
Overall project management responsibility for a variety of projects or project teams, including client contact, scheduling, and budgeting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Client management.
* Management of the design team.
* Financial management of project(s).
* Project schedule development and management.
* Project budget development and management.
* Reviews project for building code compliance.
* Project document coordination and review.
* Project compliance with contract and owner requirements.
* Construction administration management.
* Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project team.
* Leads project teams and/or plan, + supervise assignments of lower level employees.
* May have responsibility for identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating a work unit and/or group.
* No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's Degree (B.Arch) or Master's Degree (M.Arch) from four-year college or university.
* Minimum 10+ years experience required.
* Architecture registration required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
* Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
* Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles.
* Ability to calculate complex figures.
* Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
* Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
* Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
* Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
