Mercer is recruiting for an experienced Senior Implementation Services Specialist in our Norwood, MA office.

Senior Implementation Services Specialist

What can you expect?

* The Senior Implementation Services Specialist is responsible for all scheduled and ADHOC reporting, is responsible for working on client
* Ability to troubleshoot issues found within ongoing and Annual Enrollment processes
* Assist in roll out of pre/post-annual enrollment tasks, deep knowledge of SQL, able to maintain confidentiality as processing employee accounts
* Assist the team with daily processing
* This position will also help with implementation tasks, such as outbound file changes and BW programming

What you need to have:

* At least 5 years' relevant work experience in project management, data analysis, benefits outsourcing
* Creative problem-solving abilities
* SQL is a must

* BW/365+ experience preferred
