Lead a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain method and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You and your team will add value and expertise to the (insert site supported) by sustaining support by identifying cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage team of production manufacturing engineers
* Brainstorm solutions using six sigma analytical, statistical and lean tools
* Lead improvement teams
* Risk analysis
* Orchestrate and execute at a high-level project planning and management
* Initiate cost improvement projects beginning to end
* Drive technical solutions in real time to solve manufacturing issues
* Worked as a liaison between design and manufacturing engineering

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
* 5+ years leading engineers
