Expedia Group is looking for a talented individual to join our App Marketing team, looking specifically after App Engagement. As a Mobile Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the global marketing team responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing tactics aimed at driving user retention and maximizing lifetime value across a portfolio of apps including Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity and more.
This role requires close collaboration with various teams across multiple brands so that that tactics such as Push Notifications, Cross-Channel Campaigns, Product and brand-specific value props are all critically integrated to deliver a cohesive user experience.

What you'll do:
* Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize Push and In-App Notification campaigns to drive usage of Expedia Group apps and drive activation, retention and conversion KPIs.
* Define the end to end experience, cadence and segmentation for both triggered and broader evergreen marketing, transactional and service Notification campaigns
* Maximize Notification test and learn velocity, iterating on winners to drive future tests and communicating learnings upwards and across brands
* Coordinate with Email, Merch, Loyalty and Brand Marketing teams to ensure that Notification campaigns are delivered in an omnichannel, cohesive manner
* Define, prioritize and execute cross-channel app promo campaigns, from creative briefs, audience/segmentation definition, final review and testing
* Own and report on multiple team KPIs for app engagement, acting on and contributing to strategic recommendations to drive results over both the short and long-term
* Size and pitch product enhancements to App and CRM Product teams in order to help develop a best-in-class app flywheel
* Develop and scale content sources including integration of internal and external APIs to add value to the app experience
Who you are:
* 5+ years digital marketing experience preferred
* You understand the app ecosystem and the strategic marketing capabilities of CRM channels
* Ability to conceptualize business problems and solve them through data analysis (maintaining a customer-centric lens throughout)
* Familiarity leveraging Agile methodologies to prioritize competing internal and external priorities simultaneously
* Experience with reporting and data extraction tools such as Omniture, SQL, etc
* Comfortable working on a global marketing team and iterating solutions to best serve multiple regions
