The Production Monitoring Technologies Services (PMTS) team is part of the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure group responsible for all aspects of the enterprise infrastructure, and various applications. This team is responsible for the architecture, engineering, development and oversight of new and existing applications for enterprise monitoring and systems management.

Event monitoring is undergoing a transformation to support the firms strategic initiatives. This includes developing and implementing an overall event management strategy, including supporting the firms cloud strategy, retooling compute monitoring, implementing an AIOps solution linked to automation that will provide meaningful events whilst driving automated resolution of known events.

We are looking for a senior-level Product Manager to focus on product strategy, automation, product development, platform health and more. The person will work closely with business stakeholders and engineering and apply their technical expertise in order to prioritize an outcome-driven product road map, while also having the opportunity to build a team of product owners.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Creating and managing product road maps of epics that address the biggest technical business needs
* Financials
* Vendor Management
* Gathering user research and inputs across business functions
* Outlining problems and proposed solutions, supported with data
* Writing user stories that provide all of the details needed by our development teams to develop critical features
* Identifying new data sources that improve customer's experiences and our business
* Planning ahead to ensure team has appropriate amount of work ready and delivery timelines are known to stakeholders
* Coordinating and leading regular team and stakeholder meetings
* Defining metrics that demonstrate product success, while monitoring and responding to outcomes
* Managing vulnerabilities and risk items
* Support a Scaled Agile construct, with a focus on end to end Product increments instead of silo deliveries to drive towards a client-centric view

Required Qualifications
* 12+ years of technology experience
* 6+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
* 4 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
* 3+ years of implementation experience with scaling frameworks such as LeSS (Large Scale Scrum Framework) or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or a combination of both
* 4+ years of experience leading a global organization through a transformation from a project-based organization to a Customer Journey and Product based organization based on Agile methodologies
* 4+ years experience with Customer Journey and Product Organizational Construct
* 3+ years of experience in Customer Journey Mapping and Product Modeling

Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing large or multiple technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
* Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
* Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
* Extensive knowledge in constructing Customer Journey Product Organization with Lean Teams
* Experience working with and leading Technical and Operations Delivery teams
* Proficient in Customer Journey Business Case Realization and Portfolio Management
* Familiar with Behavior-Driven development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD) or similar industry practices
* Knowledge and experience in dev modernization and automation CI/CD pipeline use and migration, test automation and modern development best practices (DDD, loosely coupled architecture, API, responsible micro-services)
* Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert of the principles, concepts and theories of Agile methodologies
