LabCorp currently has an opening for a Director - Contracts and Commercial Finance in Burlington, NC. This individual will be responsible for contracts administration, management, and processing for the Atlantic Division, including certain business development activities. The Atlantic Division is part of Labcorp's Diagnostics business segment and generates revenue in excess of $1 billion per year.
Additional responsibilities to include:
* Development of RFP and other bid responses for large clients, including federal and state government purchasing entities, health systems, and community health clinic associations.
* Support of Sales and Senior Leadership with financial modeling, creation of client-facing presentations, and strategy around certain new business development.
* Participation in financial diligence and analysis related to a wide range of transactions and strategic partnerships, including acquisition opportunities, technical support agreements, indigent agreements, and pricing considerations.
* Management of several contracts administrative staff.
* Close coordination with colleagues in the Legal Department.
* Ad-hoc analysis in support of the Vice President of Finance, Atlantic Division.
Requirements
License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a MBA/CPA in Finance or Accounting w/7-10 years of experience
