What youll do on a typical day:

* Perform detailed cost/revenue analysis based on input from several departments, including Sales, Pricing, Linehaul, Operations, etc.
* Interpret analysis output for sales presentations to buyers; assist Sales team with negotiation preparation
* Conduct analyses under different pricing scenarios to compare net results
* Collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan
* Understand and create strategies around Off Bill Incentive (OBI) programs that impact multimillion-dollar opportunities

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 2 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis
* Experience with data mining using business intelligence software
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Itd be great if you also have:

* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
* Masters degree
* 3 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis in the transportation field
* Experience with SQL and statistical packages
