ROLE PURPOSE

To work on customer specific SAP implementations and provide solutions especially in areas relating to S4HANA Production Planning and/or classical SAP Production Planning and Execution

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

* SAP Product Expertise S4 HANA Manufacturing and Quality Management
* Implementation experience in SAP S/4 Production Planning & Quality Management
* Implementation Experience in any one or more of SAP manufacturing industries (Automotive, IM&C, Hitech and Aerospace & Defense)
* Strong integration knowledge of integration with Logistics, procurement, inventory management, sales controlling & plant maintenance
* Understanding of recent areas like Advance Available to Promise, Advance Variant Configuration & PEO is desirable
* Knowledge / Experience in Model Company is preferred
* Implementation Experience/exposure to SAP S4 HANA Cloud is preferred
* Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
* Delivering billable components that meet customer needs

Key Performance Indicators

* Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
* Productive days/utilization as defined by the organization
* Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components

Experience and Other Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of SAP Manufacturing implementation experience
* Knowledge in Quality Management module will be an added advantage
* Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and SAP IOT/Leonardo portfolio is desirable
* Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
* Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable
* Good Communication skill in English

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



* Minimum educational requirement Graduation from a reputed institute
* Master of Business Administration (MBA) from reputed institutes preferred, although not mandatory
* SAP Certification in S4HANA Manufacturing and / or SAP Production Planning is desirable
* Minimum 2 3 full life cycle SAP implementations
* Good integration knowledge with other SAP components like CO/MM/PS/SD/QM/WM or EWM
* Strong client-facing experience and well-developed customer focus
* Solid oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate business solution topics to management and stakeholders
* Mobility is important candidate must be ready to travel to project locations (short term and long term)
