What youll do:

Position title: SAP Fieldglass iXp Intern Customer Adoption

Location: Chicago, IL (Remote) please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

Expected start date to end date: Month Day, Year Month Day, Year

In this role, youll:

* Partner with members of the Customer Adoption team to assist in driving department initiatives to scale the team including but not limited to:
* Contributing to process documentation
* Developing change management materials
* Will strive to become knowledgeable in the SAP Fieldglass application
* Assist our team of consultants to optimize programs within our SAP Fieldglass application by:
* Contributing to program documentation
* Creating reports for client business purposes
* Helping the team stage data for testing purposes
* Working to provide solutions for projects, client/partner initiatives, and day to day issues
* Assisting with standard tasks to facilitate customers' business operations, including system configuration requests
* Conduct data mining exercises to help us gain visibility into our bottom line and identify ways in which data can be leveraged to drive business change
* Participate on special projects and teams when required
* Attend e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, and Coaching

Who you are:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

* English: Fluent
* [In Progress] Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related course of study
* Strong analytic skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
* Must be able to set priorities, adjust to changes quickly, firmly commit to tasks and meet deadlines, and apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment, and data issues
* Results-oriented, self-motivated and organized with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously would be a great fit for this role
* A strong knowledge and advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook is required, as well as a solid work ethic and dedication to producing high quality accurate work
* Experience working in a remote office environment
