Compensation Analyst, CSC Comp
Overview
The Compensation Analyst supports the CSC and DC Compensation team in market pricing, modelling and data maintenance in Workday. The Comp Analyst also supports annual compensation planning and overall compensation policy and communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit compensation surveys.
* Perform market pricing and related internal and external market analysis
* Perform reporting from market data system and HRIS; analyze internal and external data to identify anomalies and trends, and present findings to manager.
* Prepare files for data upload process in Workday.
* Participate in Step Structure updates and maintenance for the Distribution Centers, pulling reports, analyzing data and formatting files for upload to Workday.
* Support the execution of the annual compensation review cycle.
* Assist with additional compensation projects as necessary.
* Conduct quarterly data audits, reviewing data for accuracy, summarizing findings and distributing to the appropriate contacts on the team for resolution.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 1 3 years experience in Compensation
* Coursework towards obtaining a CCP preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
* Working knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday experience preferred
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
