Position Summary:

Create omni-channel advertising and print and digital marketing campaigns that communicate the brand vision and drive engagement with customers and associates. Support business units with analytics to drive insights on marketing success. Provide leadership to implement programs that support the Customer 1st and Associate 1st Strategy. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

* Develop , manage and execute marketing and advertising campaigns to achieve assigned business unit results and Customer 1st principles
* Maintain a high level of knowledge of market trends relative to marketing, advertising, and industry of the assigned business unit
* Participate in research as needed in partnership with Loyalty and Insights teams
* Advise business units on content marketing and work with creative teams to maintain a content calendar updated and refreshed content
* Provide input to develop marketing budget, track invoice marketing expenses, and deliver the sales and profit requirements established for the assigned business unit
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance and staying current with developing changes within applicable regulations
* Regularly review, measure, and report key marketing and vendor metrics
* Negotiate favorable programs and costs while developing and maintaining strategic alliances with the vendors
* Ensure marketing and advertising campaigns are consistent with business unit brand strategy
* Review and understand key performance indicators for the assigned business unit to identify business requirements/ performance and execute programs to achieve objectives
* Manage external agencies and production suppliers; monitor and control costs against agreed budgets and targets
* Demonstrate proficiency in project management. Drive timelines, compliance, scoping, and delivery of marketing initiatives
* Conduct division/market/industry visits to understand local market trends, competition and collaboratively seek solutions
* Participate in a culture of open and honest communications throughout the organization
* Continue an aggressive personal development program to broaden the knowledge base and skills necessary to accept greater levels of responsibility within the division

Minimum Position Education/Qualifications:

* 3+ years relevant marketing experience
* Excellent project management, analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to travel independently (10-20%)

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:

* 3+ years financial service marketing, retail or financial services
* Proven experience in managing creative agencies and all third parties involved in execution and distribution of marketing materials through retail channel
* Proficient in use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro
* Experience creating data visualizations and proficiency with Adobe Omniture
* Strong organizational skills and ability to numerous projects simultaneously with unequivocal attention to detail
