Job Description
Drive the language plan of record (POR), translation strategy, and execution across Intel.com.
The candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and curating the localization strategy for intel.com.
* Working across BUs, IT, and geos to assure the optimal localization strategy is developed to meet business needs, resourcing, and intel.com objectives.
* Onboarding new programs, aligning to SMG's country strategy, and assuring customer-facing quality indicators are exceeded.
* Lead publishing strategy and execution for various intel.com programs and services, which includes developing publishing strategies for new programs, handling internal and external publishing escalations, and managing the relationship with our publishing vendor.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
* In order to be successful in this role, the candidate should have industry knowledge of localization best practices, strategies, and initiatives.
* Experience managing localization programs across numerous languages and publishing platforms.
* Experience defining and supporting complex publishing workflows across various content systems including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce.
* Define solutions to complex problems in a highly matrixed work environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication is a must.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3+ years of evaluating and implementing machine translation software
* 3+ years of experience designing and implementing localization workflows
* 3+ years of experience designing and implementing publishing strategies and workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years with above skillset
* 5+ years experience architecting localization systems and processes
