This position reports to the VP Retail and On-Premise and is responsible for the global leadership/management of TCCCs relationship with a portfolio of customers. This position is responsible for managing, leading and developing a team of seasoned marketing and business professionals who provide world-class General Management leadership to high-profile/strategically important customers. This role will work collaboratively with global brand/marketing teams on the creation of Coke/Partner domestic and global marketing initiatives and joint ventures as well as with TCCC Division Marketing Directors and Bottlers/Account Managers in other countries where Partners conduct business. This position will interface directly with senior customer leaders (both corporate and Franchisees), including Partner Presidents, CMOs, F&B SVPs & VPs, and will serve as the key point of contact for the Coke system regarding all Partnership Asset matters. This role is responsible for renegotiating/renewing multiple agreements both domestic and worldwide.

Key Requirements:

Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members, segment resources) to develop and implement business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.

Establish long term strategic vision for each customer to ensure maximum volume, profit and value growth. Build short and long term plans to realize full potential of partnership for System and Partner.

Fully understand each customers business needs, issues faced and opportunities with various customer buyers in order to develop viable solutions.

Oversee the development of short- and long-range business plans for businesses that are comprehensive, realistic and aligned with broader Company, and customer priorities.

Build collaborative, highly engaged and high functioning team with direct reports as well as with groups that support your team.

Conduct regular business reviews with customers in order to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and steward the business, operational and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company System in order to maximize value to and grow value.

Meet with senior level buyers in order to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.

Collect information using various tools and techniques (e.g., Connecting with Customer's technology, Annual Report, customer discussions, internal contacts, cross function teams) in order to understand the customer's current and future objectives, strategies, business priorities and various personal wins.

Lead complex negotiations that deliver value back to System and represents collective thinking across functions (e.g. Strategic Marketing, Foodservice & On Premise, Global Marketing, etc.)

Technical Skills:

Advancing the Customer Relationship: Ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of the customer. Includes the ability to actively listen and engage in conversation with customers to uncover relevant information, resources and solutions.

Customer Knowledge (Business): Knowledge of the customer's business priorities, values and preferences (i.e., business culture, business background, key business objectives and priorities, key business challenges and strengths). Ability to gain customer knowledge by applying Connecting with Customers selling technologies.

Annual Business Plan: Ability to prepare and implement annual business plan for customer/territory.

Contract Procedures: Knowledge of contract procedures, negotiations and Coca-Cola system approval processes. Ability to understand and interpret customer contracts.

Customized Marketing Research Analysis and Application Capability: Ability to understand the results of custom research data and the ability to explain the data to customers/bottlers in a way that is meaningful to their business needs.

Travel - Approximately 30%
