The Product Manager is responsible for the across indication design and implementation of payer tactics that deliver on the Immunology/ Zeposia US launch strategy as defined by the Director, Strategic Payer Marketing. Partners closely with indication leads (Multiple Sclerosis and Ulcerative Colitis) to design and implement strategy and monitor metrics with matrix partners across indications (Payer/Brand Marketing, Trade/Dispensing, Field Sales/Account/and Reimbursement teams, Business Insights & Analytics).
* Responsible for cross indication implementation and support of US access strategy for Zeposia, in partnership with access indication leads
* May manage one direct report, the Associate Manager, Strategic Payer Marketing Immunology/ Zeposia
* Drives field execution of access tactics across indications, ensuring alignment between indication specific and overall brand strategy
* Develops and implements indication specific (MS and UC) as determined by the Director of Zeposia Payer Marketing
* Aligns individual indications with brand strategy and matrix priorities, maintaining cohesion across functional responsibilities
* Designs and implements Pull-Through Optimization for Zeposia across indications, in collaboration with Payer Marketing indication leads.
* Executes on specific channel strategies as required (eg dispensing, integrated delivery networks) including creating tactics and processes across functional roles
* Participates with broad cross-functional team to gather customer and industry insights and customer-facing team feedback to quickly leverage access & reimbursement opportunities and address challenges
* Design and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the direction of the Director Strategic Payer Marketing and in collaboration with indication leads
* Leads Field Intelligence Team (FIT) efforts in coordination with indication leads and under the direction of the Director
* Ensures efficiencies and effectiveness between indications and functional objectives (helps to limit silos)
* Leads and supports on special projects as assigned by the Director
* Support the director in the development of business processes and tracking workstreams
* Innovative design of tactics informed by Market Research, BI&A and customer facing VAP and brand teams
Required:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent
* 2 -4 years of relevant marketing / brand management experience or relevant market access functional experience (eg. Dispensing/Trade, Reimbursement, Patient Support Services, Pricing and Contracting)
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively and efficiently drive performance within a matrix organization, and form strong, productive partnerships

* Ability to work across boundaries and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve results
* Experience and knowledge of promotional regulatory processes. Additional competencies include strategic planning, marketing analytics, multiple sclerosis (MS) and irritable bowel disease (IBD) area knowledge, customer / competitive insights and seasoned judgement
* Demonstrated ability to drive execution of key initiatives and meet all deadlines
* Ability to shift attention between therapeutic areas, tactical and strategic thinking, and ability to adapt to changing workload

* MBA or other advanced degree
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience translating insights and strategies into effective marketing tactics
