Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time, Day and Evening shifts, including weekends.

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Maintain proficiency in all Clinical Pharmacist duties.
* Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
* Assists with new employee training and orientation.
* Adheres to policy, identifies process variances, and works on process improvements.
* Participates in quality improvement and medication-use review activities of the department.
* Assists in pharmacy regulatory functions as needed.
* Participation in team efforts on Employee Engagement.

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

* Graduate of an accredited pharmacy school
* Three years of Hospital Pharmacy Experience
* State License in Registered Pharmacist

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective workflow in all pharmacy areas. They will perform the duties of a pharmacist as needed to fulfill required service levels. The Pharmacy Supervisor also provides administrative support of pharmacy staff.
