The position reports to the Director of Enterprise Talent Solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design learning experiences to support strategic enterprise talent programs:
* Analyze target audience and programmatic needs, identify learning outcomes, and create learner personas and user experience journey maps
* Review, assess, and select content to achieve learning outcomes
* Synthesize and contextualize content in partnership with the program management team, SMEs, and senior business leaders
* Assess content vendors, and select relevant and impactful off-the-shelf content libraries
* Assist in designing measurement tactics to determine effectiveness of programs
Support the implementation and production of strategic enterprise talent programs:
* Develop learning experience flow, schedule, and contextual materials
* Partner with Regional Leads to identity regional needs and augment/localize materials as appropriate
* Activate end-to-end learning experience, including managing communications and engagement activities within digital platform(s)
* Drive a learning mindset and engagement by monitoring and encouraging interaction with digital learning platform(s)
* Deploy measurement tactics to determine effectiveness of programs
REQUIRED:
* 5-10 years experience in HR or Learning function
* Proven experience in:
* Designing digital learning experiences Design, including content curation
* Ideation, creation, and execution of employee experience, people development, or digital learning transformation initiatives
Consulting to translate learning needs into engaging learner experiences
* * Application of instructional design (including Blended Learning) to modern, digital learning experiences
* Working in a global, corporate environment (demonstrating cultural intelligence)
* Communications (strong written and verbal communications)
* Technical Prowess, including experience with modern learning and HR technology and authoring tools
* Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment
* Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
* Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
* Moves beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushes past the status quo

PREFERRED:
* Masters degree in Organizational Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
