The Dedicated Service Professional will complete and support semi-complex product related tasks on behalf of our Financial Professionals. These tasks will follow similar processes and requires a functional understanding of servicing financial products. This role requires general knowledge of all products (MF, Brokerage, Annuity, Life, Health).

Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Complete service forms
* Navigate other business areas to complete tasks
* Identify proactive ways to support practices
* Support application preps
* Data entry into advice tools
* Identify and provide service solutions for members and field partners
* Support other product and marketing specific tasks as needed
* Keying data entry efficiently and accurately with proficiency in typing/keyboard is required. Polished phone demeanor, tone and etiquette are required
* Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs. Schedules do not typically fluctuate; however, there are times where it may change.
* Has a passion to serve others. Ability to establish rapport, build relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers as well as coworkers.

Required Job Qualifications

* High school diploma/GED required college degree a plus
* FINRA SIE, Series 6 required or obtained within 90 days of hire/transfer.
* 1 or more years customer services experience.
* High level of efficiency with strong attention to detail
* Strong verbal and phone skills required
* Experience with business tools (e.g.Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and Salesforce)
* Experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Brokerage, Annuity, Life) supporting systems
* In-depth experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Brokerage, Annuity, Life) and supporting systems
* Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information
