ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Project Management Officer - Young Professional is a role that will support the LAC North project managers and be part of the PMO Team.
Supports the project KPIs and administration of development strategic financial plans.
This role will focus in activities related to support project manager activities, planning, controlling and tracking of variables that are vital for the project progress and therefore for the organization. It will also be in charge of the administration of different processes inside the area that are crucial for the consecution of the business objectives.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

* Creating and maintaining project documentation and best practices according to the SAP Activate Methodology.
* Supporting schedule and budget management at the project level.
* Providing centralized support for risks, issues, and cost management in financials tools.
* Following up on financial, quality, and methodological Project KPI's to ensure the portfolio health in the region.
* Project Go Lives supporting and communication follow Up
* Project Health Check Report maintenance.
* Support in the PTD/ FELIPE Master Data Maintenance
* Logistics coordination Support.
* Support the Project Billing process through Projects lifecycle
* Support the Project meeting plan.



WORK EXPERIENCE:
Not more than 1 year of professional experience

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Recent graduate or 1-2 years since graduation
* Excellent communications skills
* Understand Services business needs and pain points
* Good IT/Excel knowledge
* Basic knowledge in MS Project
* Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
* Advanced level of English
