HOURS: Hours are Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm

SUMMARY:

Responsible for picking, palletizing and/or stacking orders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Utilize WMS/ASN paperwork to receive and verify inbound shipments and check in inbound carriers
* Responsible for purchase order receipt and verification and tracking of all manual purchase order.
* Communicate cross-functionally to resolve receiving issues and unidentified packages that are received
* Communicate with buyers & planners in Asia office to correct receiving discrepancies, as needed.
* Picks product from location based on information provided on pick ticket.
* Attaches pick ticket labels to shipping cartons.
* Pull non-conveyable offline sales order via pick ticket.
* Stacks boxes on appropriate pallet and places pallet out for next wave.
* Cleans work areas on daily basis; Keeps picking locations neat, orderly and safe.
* Operates RF scanner.
* Demonstrates safe working practices in all facets of job.
* May train new or less experienced staff members.
* Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset through participation in events and activities that lead to financial gain, time savings, and/or waste reduction for the business.
* Comfortable and proficient with basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Driving electric powered industrial equipment such as forklift or walkie rider may be a requirement for some Material Handler positions. Experience with RF technology required.
