Graybar Electric Company, Inc. seeks a Manager, Financial Analytics and Modeling-Corporate in St. Louis, MO to provide senior-level executive support and perform advanced/complex business analyses, financial impact estimates, trend forecasts of corporate business processes, resource investments, and business units; evaluate progress and make recommendations on long range goals; produce complicated business case analyses/financial models using quantitative/qualitative data; and serve as subject matter expert for financial and analytical intelligence; provide strategic, financial, competitive and operational insights utilizing recurring performance reports, quarterly filings, and performance reviews; research and monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics; summarize findings and assess the potential impact on strategic plans; develop long-term strategic plans by evaluating opportunities for the Company to expand or grow; map out growth plans, including capital expenditure investments; lead development and execution of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, focusing on the underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics, and sensitivity analysis; support acquisition and divestiture activities; and provide analyses and insight for other financial transactions.
Requires a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field and 2 years as Strategic Planning Analyst, Manager FP&A, or related occupation to include 2 years experience performing complex data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting; producing complex business case analyses/financial models using quantitative/qualitative data; preparing budgets; and strategic planning or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field and 5 years as a Strategic Planning Analyst, Manager FP&A, or related occupation to include 5 years of experience performing complex data analysis, reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting; producing complicated business case analyses/financial models using quantitative/qualitative data; preparing budgets; and strategic planning. Approx. 25% domestic travel required.
