Location Profile
The Douglas facility is located in south central Georgia approximately 65 miles north of the Florida state line. Douglas is centrally located between Macon, GA and Jacksonville, FL; approximately two hours drive from either city. Valdosta, GA is about one hours drive away. Golf, tennis, fishing and hunting are popular outdoor activities.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: PCC Douglas principally manufactures aircraft and landbased gas turbine engine rotating blades, stationary vanes and engine nozzles for OEMs and the aftermarket for worldwide customers using the investment casting process.

Position Summary
JOB FUNCTION:
Coordinate the activities of the Internal and External Document Control related activities and document management including hardcopy document filing systems.
Maintain electronic document management systems utilizing dedicated software application, Master Control route and document control functions utilizing computer software
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
[1] Assist with the Organization of the overall document control process.
[2] Maintain an electronic and hardcopy Document Control Center that is in full compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 Standard requirements. See QOP 5.203, Document and Data Control
Coordinate the external document and data review process, (i.e., Customer specifications, blueprints and associated documents and electronic data) Customer Web Supplier Sites for obtaining customer provided quality documents.

Experience & Education
EDUCATION:
Technical training in the use of MS Office related software or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in Quality and knowledge of ISO/AS Standards is a plus.
EXPERIENCE:
2 to 5 years of related experience preferred.
