The Performance Foodservice team delivers delicious food, but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams. Job Description Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor during the night shift plans and provides supervisory support to the order selection, truck loading team in a multi-temperature foodservice distribution warehouse. The supervisor is also responsible for the management of key operating performance indicators such as overtime, delivery reliability and productivity.

Position Responsibilities:

* Supervise and give daily guidance and direction to staff.
* Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities.
* Establish and adjust work schedules and procedures to meet warehouse demands.
* Ensure compliance with company, state, federal and local policies.
* Maintain and monitor food safety activities, including sanitation.
* Responsible for nightly cleanliness of warehouse.
* Ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.
* Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent required.
2 or more years of related experience.
Basic experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Energetic, decisive, engaging with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Ability to work in varying temperatures ranging from -20F to 100F.
Will work 3rd shift overnight hours; shift begins at 6pm.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test. Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
