As a Senior DRAM Product Engineer for the DRAM Product team group, you will develop each next generation DRAM memory DDR4/DDR5 as it transitions from the design stage to mass production. Product Engineers are the key interface between Design, Process Technology Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments. This is essential to Micron as it serves the companys charter to be the most efficient and innovative producer of DRAM memory
Responsibilities and Tasks include the following, but not limited to:
* Debug and identify root cause and failures in design and process issues
* Utilize simulation and bench work to debug problems
* Analyze probe and backend test data
* Bench debug including electrical failure analysis
* Develop methodologies for testing, debugging, and qualification
* Feedback to technology driving teams design, Process Technology, or other functional areas
* Lead small to medium sized teams
* Mentor other engineers
Preferred Skills:
* A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
* 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent Communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Ability to delegate tasks and set priorities in a team environment
* Ability to work in diverse and collaborative team environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to convey complex technical concepts to peers and management
* CMOS process and DRAM knowledge is a plus
* General programming knowledge
