Your Opportunity
This is a Sr. Business Analyst role, that will involve working alongside the Managed Accounts users to support the dynamic needs of the SAMS business. This role includes understanding the capabilities to support the Managed Account team with a focus on improving the platform and technology service provided to the SAMS business. In addition to the functional responsibilities within the technology organization, the role will include playing a pivotal role in the supporting the Fixed Income team.

What you are good at

This role requires an individual with strong domain knowledge with experience working on Investment Risk, Research or Portfolio Management platforms. The individual needs to have strong communication skills; be highly motivated and organized with pride of ownership through clearly articulated requirements reflecting a clear understanding of the business priorities.

What you have

- University degree; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science, Business Administration and/or other professional certifications are a plus

- At least seven years experience participating in the software development lifecycle leveraging the latest methodologies and industry applicable technologies

- At least five years experience as a business analyst in the financial industry.

Technical capabilities should include strong SQL skills.

- Proven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed upon time frames

- Substantiated experience on supporting junior staff and helping promote a high performance work environments

- Skilled communicator and negotiator with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
