WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a Transition Lead to support Nikes HR change portfolio! Collaborating with cross functional program & project teams, we operate as a central, HR team, providing expertise to various HR partners across the globe. We develop plans and change experiences that emphasize collective readiness as well as effective and coordinated activation. We are in need of a passionate teammate who has a high tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with and influence a large variety of personalities at all levels of business.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will lead the transition management strategy and plans for a variety of projects that support Nike Global HR. Acting as a strategic thought partner to our HR teams, you'll develop and execute strategic change plans that focus on employee and leader behavior adoption. You'll understand and document employee impacts and behavior change needed to accelerate expected business outcomes by identifying key partners and sponsors of change and implementing strategies to have them reinforce the behavior change.
In partnership with our comms and learning and development teams, you'll execute tactics that drive knowledge, engagement, learning and behavior adoption of the changes, including but not limited to key messaging frameworks, immersive experiences, educations and training plans, and reinforcement activities. You'll develop our leadership engagement strategy, and plan for this work and the measurement strategy to ensure successful implementations.
Building and managing plans that anticipate, allow and acknowledge potential resistance, you'll focus your work around prediction and measurement of behavior adoption. As a by-product of your engagements, you'll build the capability and skills of leading through change for our executives, managers and business partners. You'll present strategies and findings to partners as needed, and participate in the coordination and setup of workshops, working sessions, and meetings, demonstrating a mastery of verbal and written communication. Furthermore, you'll serve as a liaison with other transition teams at Nike, as appropriate.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working with people across the global HR eco-system, the HR Program Management Office (PMO) and external consultants, including Strategy & Planning and Program Management to develop and define user experience metrics and measurement strategies in order to audit change progress.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
* Bachelors degree.
* 4+ years of program and change management experience in a corporate environment, focused on large-scale transformational change.
* 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
* Experience implementing medium to large change initiatives in a matrixed environment, communicating plans across a corporate, regional and/or functional teams.
* Project Management experience juggling multiple projects while maintaining keen attention to detail and executing project workbacks, timelines and budgets.
* Experience with innovative communication and change tactics, such as immersive experiences, change agent network, engaging communications and learning experiences
* Familiarity with the Agile/Scaled Agile development approach.
* Familiarity with User Center Design, User Experience concepts.
* Experience initiating and driving the conceptualization process contributing insight into innovative approaches to managing change.
* Proven experience comprehending business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a cohesive strategy.
Preferred:
* Global implementation experience.
