NorthropGrumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Principal MilitaryTrainer BSUM Analyst. The location of this position is at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The Principal MilitaryTrainer BSUM Analyst should be a professional, eager to constructivelyinfluence the future of U.S. Army simulation-driven training; lead, train,challenge, and mentor and oversee all facets of training for Mission CommandTraining Program (MCTP) simulation command post exercises and assist in trainingDivision and Corps Commanders and their staffs during their Warfighter Exercise.He / She will collect and manage data pertaining to a Warfighter Exercise bycollecting simulation generated data, analyzing the data, preparing a visual battlesummary of the units warfighter exercise and then record it for playing atboth the Mid AAR (MAAR) and the Final AAR (FAAR). When at home station, assistas an assistant Plans and Exercise Planner (PLEX) who develops exercise plans,coordinates internal and external resources, monitors planning progress andtimelines, and prepares contract deliverables items. He/ She will maintain proficiency in thevarious simulations and models and AAR systems supporting Army/Joint trainingexercises. Candidate should have recent experience with movement and maneuveroperations.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelors with6 years of experience or Masters with 4 years of experience
* Graduate of a related Advance Course (CombatArms branch preferred but other branches will be considered)
* Minimum MEL 4-CGSC or Equivalent
* Must possess anactive Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible
* Familiar with current Army/Joint doctrine
* Highly proficient with MS Office suite of software(PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Graduate degree
* Division, Corps, Army Service Componentcommand, or Theater type Command staff officer experience
* Previous experience in computer assisted simulationtraining
* Prior experience as an Observer Coach/Trainerat an Army Combat Training Center (CTC)
