We seek an experienced System Administrator to perform following types of functions/duties (these should be areas you have demonstrable experience performing in current/recent work experience):

Maintain an organization's computer systems' workflows.

Rebuild server/Harden Server.

Be responsible for the upkeep, configuration and reliable operation of computer systems, including fixing network issues along with updating equipment and software.

Create and administer profiles and accounts and maintains systems documentation.

Tune system performance for optimal conditions. Installs system-wide software.

Independently provide technical interpretation and solutions in the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures.

Troubleshoot system hardware and software specific issues.

Train end users on the proper use of hardware and software.

Perfors software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages.

Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels.

Ensure workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions.

Independently ensures data/media recoverability by following a schedule of system backups and database archive operations.

Conduct hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.

Ensure that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users.

Apply practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

May evaluate existing systems and assist with planning long-term strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience

MUST BE FULLY 8570 Compliant.

i.e. Must have IAT Level II Compliant Certification AND Operating System Computing Environment Certification.

Additionally if position works within the Network Operating Service Center it will require CSSP Infrastructure Support Compliant Certification. i.e. CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, C ND
