This position supports the Government's intelligence information requirements. It requires the ability to identify, analyze, consolidate, and report on information available through various intelligence resources and to identify and mitigate risk to the program. This position requires the ability to gain an understanding of complex analytical issues, identify intelligence gaps and make recommendations to fill or mitigate those gaps and evaluate intelligence information to meet the Government's mission requirements. This position will be required to develop assessments, studies and reports, and present briefings to senior Government officials.
Intelligence analysts are expected to have subject-matter expertise in international terrorism, domestic terrorism, transportation security, weapons of mass destruction, cyber, agro-terrorism, public health, anti-terrorism/force protection, critical infrastructure/key resources protection, policy development, and/or other public safety issues
Analysts shall produce tactical and strategic intelligence products to state and local public safety executives, local agency response personnel, and federal agencies.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Government in development of a comprehensive intelligence program.
* Assist the Government with enhancing existing and establishing new relationships across intelligence and law enforcement communities to gather intelligence information and products.
* Perform in-depth threat analysis of multi-source intelligence resources.
* Independently gather various technical, military and geospatial information to support the Government's intelligence priorities.
* Develop assessments and report based on available intelligence resources. Prepare and provide intelligence briefing, assessments and reports.
* Provide intelligence support during exercise and operational activities.
* Attend related meetings and promulgate meeting minutes.
Qualifications
* 6 years of experience working as a multi-disciplined all-source intelligence analyst across intelligence and law enforcement communities. Experience as an intelligence briefer at plus.
* Strong writing, oral, and interpersonal skills to serve as liaison between Government client and Intel Community (IC) and law enforcement and build necessary relationships to support the customer's needs in a timely manner.
* Ability to build consensus and diverse and competing requirements.
* Ability to convey complex issue with those less familiar with the IC processes, structure and limitations.
* Familiarity with formulating Priority Intelligence Requirements.
* Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of operating within a SharePoint Environment a plus.
* Ability to travel periodically up to 2 weeks within the continental U.S. to support exercise and operational activities. Ability to deploy for longer periods in support of contingency operations if required.
Clearance
Possess and maintain TS clearance with SCI eligibility. A polygraph may be required at some point during employment if needed to meet future requirements for information or system access.
