Over 2021 and 2022 we will review and transform our current investment in Total Reward infrastructure; across the Centre of Expertise, in the Field, in Platform Services and with 3rd party providers.

* In phase 1 of the project we will establish the current baseline, verify the nature and size of the current investment and benchmark to verify our understanding of best in class strategy to delivery models.
* In phase 2 of the project we will determine where the biggest opportunities for transformation lie, focusing on where change will yield the biggest gain in effectiveness and efficiency. The focus will be o both areas of current over investment and current under investment, and a transformation plan will be prepared based on that analysis. Leadership input and approval will be gathered.
* In phase 3 of the project we will invest to implement the approved transformative change most likely in waves. Through this change program we will rebalance our investment, redeploying resources freed up by improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Total Rewards Transformation Director will lead this transformation program. Reporting to the Global VP, Total Rewards the postholder is expected to be an active participant in (1) the Global Total Rewards Leadership, (2) the Platform Services/Associate Services transformation team, ensuring constant alignment of agendas and priorities, driving the project through deliverables and milestones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

* Analyse new and/or existing plans and programs to determine market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, ease of administration, cost effectiveness and alignment with business strategy.
* Lead the change efforts and stakeholder management efforts associated with changes.
* Network with industry specialists outside the Company in order to keep the pulse on current and future trends in the industry and to grow and develop in area of expertise.
* Establish and lead weekly and monthly project routines with both stakeholders and internal functional areas.
* Lead transformation value capture analysis and scorecard.
* Lead and design PMO process and procedures, ensuring that the focus stays on the workstreams that deliver the biggest transformation, thus most aligned to business growth.
* Lead quarterly Project Committee meetings to review progress, prioritize initiatives.
* Lead the implementation of the fit for the future critical initiatives.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

* Advise Functional Leaders - On the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results.
* Ensure Total Rewards plans meet applicable standards - Rewards plans are designed, operated and communicated in a manner that meets applicable law and regulation, all internal and external legal, financial and operational controls.
* Develop Measurement & Feedback Mechanisms - To monitor and evaluate effectiveness of HR, plans, programs, processes, and tools.
* Evaluate the Implementation & Effectiveness of Total Rewards Plans - utilizing relevant measurement and feedback mechanisms and make necessary modifications.
* Ensure a good Total Rewards associate experience focus on best in class operational efficiency, including all vendor delivery, payroll delivery, customer service issues and case escalations with appropriate documentation, capability, processes management and case management.
