* * Position Overview:

The Reporting and BI Product Owner provides end-to-end product ownership for client-facing initiatives by leading and providing oversight for a portfolio of projects that deliver value against Reporting & BI objectives for the Americas Region. The Reporting and BI Product Owner will lead development and work across development teams to ensure the delivery of key business initiatives. The Product Owner will also be the key business partner to the B2B Product Managers for all reporting and BI initiatives in the Americas Region. As Product Owner, this role provides overall oversight and coordination of business- facing Reporting and BI IT services for their clients across the Americas region.

* This role provides ownership and accountability for all IT planning and backlog management, team delivery, and continuous improvement activities. This includes informing business roadmaps of the key Reporting and BI strategy, application needs, and conversion to executable plans. The Reporting and BI Product Owner will report into the Americas eCommerce Lead for product delivery and ongoing service operations to ensure they deliver the value as expected.

This role is also responsible for bottler partner relationships on IT services. This includes data interfaces and related processes, escalation processes, and routine reviews of the provided services.

This individual should be analytical, have a background in data and analysis, be well versed in agile techniques, a strong communicator and influencer, must have proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with customers/clients.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

* Stakeholder Management: Point of contact on all B2B Americas Reporting and BI requests, leverage business acumen to recommend IT products that meet the business needs at scale, provide consultancy to the business on industry trends and KO BI capabilities, manage E2E BI portfolio (with priority) for their respective business unit
* Owning roadmap delivery for BI applications of their business unt. Ensuring alignment with global plans, providing recommendations & input on the strategic direction, managing risks and issues, ensure on time, budget, and quality delivery, track and report on delivery vs business case targets.
* Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, key end-users, and senior business stakeholders (Strategy, Finance, leadership team members) and many other IT parties (Bottler IT, IT delivery, App Support Services, local IT suppliers as needed, ).
* Championing continuous improvement, identify opportunities and driving new efficiencies in implemented processes and Reporting and BI solutions
* Product owner: Manage and champion the development team, translate business needs to executable work, determine priority
* Service quality management: Evaluate and improve existing BI systems & related services in the business unit. Act as point of escalation in case of service degradation.
* * Education Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree
* 3-5+ years relevant experience in Analytics and Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and/or Project Management
* Experience in Google Analytics or equivalent, Microsoft cloud and data visualization tools, Amazon Web Services tools, and data warehousing preferred
