Job Overview:
The role will serve as an AVP and main project coordinator for internal and external product growth. The role will be a supporting the VP Lead of Business Development and Strategy. The candidate will help drive key priorities related to product strategy, user growth and commercialization of products. This role will be responsible for the coordination of support across several teams to reach the product strategy goals, as well as producing transparent reporting metrics and communicating with clients and users. A key aspect of this role is the ability to understand complex solutions and market the value proposition and benefits to others. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with Product Owners, Designers, Technology Teams, Users/Clients, External Partners and more.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Project manage and track actions to achieve product strategy goals
* Drive project status meetings, producing minutes and clear plans of action
* Assist with marketing documents and meetings engaging future clients, investment partners, or fintech collaborations
* Assist with risk assessment models related to product growth
* Produce key metrics around user growth and engagement
* Share quarterly communications on product growth
* Collaborate internally with Citi teams interested in using team products
Qualifications
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
* Proficient in presentations and communications both to internal partners and external partners/clients
* Track record of strong performance
* Strong organizational and communication skills
