Job Description

The successful candidate will join Facebooks Business Process & Technology Team. They will be leading and managing our Acquisition and Data/Infrastructure Product Marketing Team. This team is critically important as it will help us land all new platforms and infrastructure development for GMS teams around the world. The leader of this team will manage a team of people to help drive the development and positioning of our products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Facebook, interested in the technology and media spaces, intellectually curious, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and working independently, able to focus on the details while thinking strategically, and with management experience. They will partner with and influence stakeholders across the company including, product management, engineering, sales, finance, operations, and business development to provide analytical insights for different business models and setup/scale operations for new business lines. They will be structured, analytical, detail-oriented with a keen focus on building scalable operations, at ease in complex cross-functional environments and have an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Product Marketing Lead, Acquisition & Data/Infra, BP&T Responsibilities

* Be the representative of the market through industry research, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis, and structured qualitative feedback from businesses through direct engagement

* Identify product investment opportunities through structured qualitative customer feedback, quantitative analyses, competitive analyses and more

* Communicate clearly and influence product and engineering leadership to make key product investments

* Lead a team of product marketing professionals

* Partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Business Planning & Operations, Product, Design, Engineering) to define/influence strategy

* Provide strong problem-solving leadership related to driving the adoption of new and existing products and platforms. This includes training and measuring the adoption of key product priorities

* Break down issues into key components and design analytical and communications approaches to identify solutions

* Lead and program manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and launches (i.e. set process, deadlines, deliverables) end-to-end

* Develop a deep understanding of the market/vertical dynamics and implications for Facebooks Business Process & Technology strategies

Minimum Qualifications

* BA or BS degree

* 12+ years of work experience (or 10+ years, with MBA degree) in Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Stakeholder Management, Sales

* Experience leading a product marketing, product, sales or operations projects at a consulting firm or in a corporate strategy/operations team

* Experience using data to land a product, project, or plan

* Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization

* Knowledge of organizational dynamics, operating experience with organizations

Preferred Qualifications

* MBA or graduate degree in marketing, business or analytical field

* Change management experience

* Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau
