Job Description
Train associates to perform departmental functions to meet overall productivity metrics for the facility. Must be able to work independently and within a team. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Use available technology and tools (i.e. RF Scanner, Computer applications, etc.) to train associates to be proficient in facility processes. Train associates to efficiently and accurately troubleshoot problems and escalate appropriately. Share knowledge with other associates.
Must be able to work required schedules
Must be able to safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklift and pallet riders after successful completion of certification training.
Must be able to operate the receiving segment of the warehouse management computer system.
Must be able to continually lift, carry, push and pull merchandise up to 35lbs., and occasionally up to 70lbs.
Must be able to continually stand, bend, stoop, twist and reach.
