The job responsibilities include:

* Introduced to the Company estimating systems and processes.

* Introduced to estimating terminology, measures, concepts and principles for preparing estimates.

* Exposed to various processes, project actions and assumptions that may impact estimates.

* Gathers, calculates and compiles data for use in developing all types of estimates.

* Performs the routine aspects of estimating assignments.

* Assists senior specialists in performing various estimating functions as required.

* Exposed to drawings, specifications, work breakdown structures, charts of accounts, published and internal data used in preparing estimates.

Minimum Requirements

* BA/BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering + None or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous intern estimating experience
