Job Summary:

This individual will assist with evaluating current operational metrics while validating performance. They will help in identifying key performance indicators that can be used to offer a better service to our client and operational team. This individual should possess strong analytical and communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively with both senior leadership & onsite operations staff, as well as follow established business processes to effectively complete their job.

Job Responsibilities:

* Generating reporting and presentation material under expected deadlines
* Educating users on established business processes and new technology
* Documenting new business processes across operations
* Updating & validating datasets for reported material
* Analyze work order data for all regions to identify gaps and/or issues at branches across the portfolio and present findings to client.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
* 1-3 years of relevant work experience
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans
* Ability to collaborate across many levels within JLL and client
