Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Global HRSS Time and Absence Process Analyst is a developing professional role and an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to:

* Monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and/or evaluating processes and data at a global level; interpret data and create action plans
* Participating in strategic execution of Time and Absence process initiatives and projects
* Completing due diligence across regions and provide improvement recommendations; create and maintain process documentation
* Building or enhancing operational processes based on systemic implementations
* Supporting operations teams through issue management protocol by researching and defining complex issues and working with process owners / technology teams to determine remediation plans
* Demonstrating a strong understanding of Time and Absence processes and policies and their impact on payroll and other upstream or downstream processes

An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:

* Communication: Effectively communicate deliverables related to Time to senior management, along with raising potential issues in a timely manager
* Issues Resolution: Addressing complex escalations from HR and Senior Leadership. Analysis of potential issues in regards to configuration or policy interpretation as well as handling complex pay and time issues resulting in detailed analysis.
* Relationship Management: Work closely with Payroll, Core HR and Stakeholder Services on operational efficiencies and operate with an end-to-end perspective
* Project Management: Ability to multi-task various projects in a high pacing environment across multiple countries
* Leadership: Quickly review and advise team members, senior leaders and other areas of the organization on new policies and high hitting escalations, working with them to get them resolved and communicated to employees effectively; working collaboratively with colleagues of different cultures

Qualifications:

* 2-5 years relevant experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Workday or ServiceNow preferred
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
* Self-motivated and detail oriented
* Proven organization and time management skills
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
