As a vital member of our People & Places Solutions team in the Americas, you'll have the chance to support our transit clients through the US where we'll depend upon your expertise, intuition, and leadership.

You'll grow professionally with us because we'll rise together on impactful programs with a high degree of technical and logistical complexities from the concept stage through the design and construction phase. You'll be leading a broad-based team to complete all aspects of the successful completion of a program, to complete tasks within established schedules, budgets and help advance our business development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain one
Demonstrated experience working on successful programs with public agencies
At least 20 years of project, program management, and leadership experience managing the complex nature of rail and transit projects and/or programs in various stages of completeness.
Ability to demonstrate program and team leadership experience
Ability to demonstrate innovation and thought leadership
Working knowledge of federal and state design guidelines
At least 10 year's experience leading and assisting with growth strategy development
Strong networks and relationships in the transit across the America
