Responsibilities
We are currently looking for Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the facilities manager this position will complete maintenance tasks throughout the facility (mechanical, plumbing and electrical) Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Perform duties to maintain building appearance and equipment functionality.
* Provide emergency repairs on a rotating on call schedule.
* Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
* Perform preventative maintenance tasks

Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma (or equivalency).
Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age.
