Stryker is seeking a Electrical Engineer to join the team Manufacturing Transfer team at Strykers Mako Robotic Innovation Center in Weston, Florida.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* You will participate in Process Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) generation associated with PCBA Manufacturing Transfers and Product Launches.

* You will lead and participate in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Inspection (DFI), Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) for Manufacturing Transfers and Product Launches

* You will aid in development of electronics (PCBA) test requirements, specification and test equipment.

* You will monitor and report on project progress both internal and external (contract manufacturers) to ensure delivery on-time and on-budget.

* You will complete capability studies for in-process inspection and generate subsequent inspection documentation.

* You will conduct MSA studies for sustaining products and processes.

* You will review and approve validation documentation, selection of components and equipment based on analysis of specifications, reliability, and regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED:

* Bachelors degree in engineering - required

* Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics engineering - preferred

* 4+ years relevant experience - required

* Experience in hardware manufacturing and/or design experience in electrical and electronic industry, design, manufacturing, and system validation & verification - required

* Experience in electrical & electronic manufacturing processes - required

* Process Development for PCBA manufacturing- required

* Lean Six Sigma green or black belt - preferred

* Manufacturability review for electrical specification (Altium) - preferred
