Customer Service Representative, Senior - Fort Meade, MD

This position will be a desk-side support technician joining a growing team in support of our government customer.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
* Respond and triage queries in person, via email, and over the phone
* Provide access to share drives, distribution lists, and group mailboxes, as needed
* Reset user password and BitLocker key recovery as necessary
* Install and troubleshoot software
* Create user accounts in multiple systems for new employees
* Update Tickets in Remedy from information from both end users and vendors
* Deploy laptops to end users in person
* Troubleshoot connectivity issues via VPN and in office
* Communicate with both vendors and customers on issue in both hardware and software
* Troubleshoot issues within Windows 10

The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.

Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients' priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

* Possess an active Secret clearance
* Possess a Security+ certification
* 3+ years experience supporting all levels of customer service to include VIP and elite support
* Associates Degree or above from an accredited school or university
* Ability to work in the Fort Meade, MD area
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
