Position Overview
As a Tax Intern, you will work as a valuable member of our tax department, responsible for work that is meaningful to the success of the department and our organization. You will work as an active, full-time member of the team throughout the summer as well as part-time work during the school year.

Location
This position is based out of Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities
* Supporting tax department preparation of tax returns
* Respond to governmental notices
* Provide support for tax audits
* Preparation assistance for tax payments
* Research and analysis of tax issues
* Obtain and summarize information to support income tax filings
* Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
* Pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree emphasizing Accounting
* Basic knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices
* Ability to work full-time during summer months and 18-20 hours during fall semesters
* Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office programs
* Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Sophomore or Junior level student preferred
* GPA of 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
