The Senior Finance Project Manager will:

* Be responsible for managing projects for the NA OU to ensure successful integration with Platform Services.

* Plan and track progress for various initiatives, anticipate issues and help remove obstacles.

* Build and articulate strategies and roadmaps, recommend options, and build consensus.

* Be an individual contributor who guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations.

Skills and Experience:

* Project management skills.

* Project Contour exposure/experience a plus, to facilitate OU/Platform Services integration.

* Strong collaboration and business partnership skills, and an understanding the North America financial processes, systems and data flow.

* Ability to influence internal and external leaders toward results oriented actions.

* Financial analysis, financial reporting, and P&L Management experience, with a general understanding of NA business operations.

* Ability to focus in on issues, provide recommendations, and bring stakeholders to consensus.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Comfortable working in white space where path forward is not necessarily defined.

* Growth mindset coupled with agile approach to achieving transformational results.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree

* 7+ years in financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required
