DESCRIPTION
The Global Enterprise Growth Field Marketing role will lead the development and execution of the Marketing strategy and campaigns for new Enterprise customers. Their focus will be to increase engagement and acquisition of net new senior contacts in Enterprise accounts with low or no business today with Amazon Web Services.
Priority focus areas include:
This person will work with the Global Head of Enterprise Field Marketing, Sales and BD Leaders and Marketing Leaders in each Geography to:
i) Define the Marketing Strategy and the 2021 Go-to-Market Plans at a Global and Regional level
ii) Align on budgets and targets.
This person will work with Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence to establish a set of best practice reports and dashboards which become the single lens for performance.

The ideal candidate will have creative marketing ideas to combine with extensive analytic and data-driven customer demand generation experience. You should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. A solid understanding of the value of agile cloud technology in accelerating digital transformation for Enterprise businesses is an advantage in this role.
Position may be located in Seattle or virtual U.S. Relocation offered from within the US to Seattle only.
Responsibilities
Create and execute an integrated digital and face to face marketing plan within the allocated timeframes and budget, which drives growth in the Enterprise customer accounts to agreed targets (e.g. net new contacts, marketing qualified opportunities and sales qualified opportunities/ pipeline)
Define and own the content strategy and messaging for Business Decision Makers globally
Define the most effective digital content marketing, nurture strategy and lead management process for targeted enterprise personas within Enterprise accounts
Work with global campaigns and digital marketing teams to build and execute best practice digital, social media and contact acquisition campaigns for enterprise business decision makers and IT decision makers
Work with in-region Enterprise Marketing Managers to agree a set of regional campaigns and face to face events which interlock with global plans and programs to accelerate opportunities
Work with Global Enterprise PR teams to create a PR strategy which amplifies the impact of the AWS Enterprise Marketing Campaigns
Create a real-time metrics dashboard to track short, medium and long-term progress against targets and deliver clear ROI reporting per campaign
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years experience in a B2B Enterprise Marketing role - high-tech products/services
Experience creating programs and campaigns in the Enterprise segment
Experience creating content assets and messaging for Business Decision Makers that focuses on business outcomes
Experience creating successful digital campaigns, content marketing campaigns and lead nurture strategies for enterprise personas
Bachelors Degree in relevant subject
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment is an advantage
Metrics/ROI focused and knows how to generate leads & track to closed loop
Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
Understands sales & marketing integration e.g. clear understanding of the marketing mix and how to build and deliver integrated campaigns

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $ 115k -160k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
