Job Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for providing management with analysis and insight of Citis financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to manage professional resources and partner across teams, to provide forward looking projections, decision support on critical initiatives and provide clarity to key stakeholders in regard to monthly results.

Responsibilities:

* Drive forward looking processes including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks
* Develop and deliver financial analyses supporting various business initiatives
* Build excellent relationships across Operations, Finance and Business organizations. Role will have direct interaction with Operations and Finance Leadership
* Develop and deliver presentations summarizing financial forecasts, results and decision support initiatives
* Advise internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and business unit strategy
* Lead innovation in financial process across GCB Operations Finance

Qualifications:

* 8+ years of relevant experience
* Experience in finance related collections, recovery or call center a plus
* Experience providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets in complex environment
* Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
* Ability to engage proactively with Senior Management in Operations, Finance and Accounting on Financial and Strategic matters
* Strong analytical abilities and intellectual curiosity to identify business needs, formulate innovative and strategic solutions and follow through with detailed execution.
* Strong management skills to appropriately organize, prioritize, communicate, delegate, and monitor team responsibilities
* Demonstrated success improving Financial processes in multi-dimensional database environment
* Ability to manage team in multiple sites include domestic and international locations
* Proficient Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge in additional systems including Oracle, TM1/Essbase, SAP

Education:

* Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
