Positions in this function are responsible for developing and maintaining operational business process documentation. This includes creating detailed outlines of policies & procedures, workflow diagrams, and supporting materials from provided content. Positions in this function will assist with developing and implementing new processes and enhancements as needed. Additionally, this person will assist with workflow management including supporting the team with their daily productivity activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain business documentation including policies and procedures
* Develop and document medium to high complexity process workflows
* Contacting members/providers on monthly collections
* Collecting and submitting document to LDSS for Medicaid budgeting
* Updating/ maintaining members budgeting records
* Providing weekly/ monthly reporting on in-arears and other operational requirements

Required Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED
* Very strong analytic and communication skills
* Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* 1+ years of experience with Managed Long-Term Clients
* Experience with navigating through systems
* You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
* If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Medicare / Medicaid experience
* Medicare license
* Understanding of UHG operations
